EggROI (“EggROI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates https://eggroi.com and the EggROI client dashboard at https://app.eggroi.com (together, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use our Services:

Account information: your name, email address, account identifier, and login details.
Google Sign-In information: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the account information you choose to share through the Google consent screen, such as your email address and Google account identifier.
Order and service information: information you provide when placing or managing an order, including website URLs, campaign details, content requirements, contact details, and support requests.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store complete payment-card details on our systems.
Communications: messages, enquiries, and feedback you send to us.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and log information used for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

create, authenticate, and secure EggROI accounts;
provide, operate, and improve our link-building and campaign-management services;
process orders, payments, and customer support requests;
communicate with you about your account, orders, and service updates;
protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Sign-In and Google user data

Google Sign-In is optional. When you choose Sign in with Google, EggROI uses the Google account information you choose to share only to create, authenticate, and secure your EggROI account.

EggROI does not request access to your Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Gmail content, or other Google services. We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising or retargeting.

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. How we share information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, including:

Base44, which provides the application platform and authentication infrastructure;
Google, when you choose Google Sign-In;
Stripe, for payment processing;
hosting, email, analytics, security, and support providers where necessary.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of EggROI or others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, and understand how our website is used.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website or dashboard to work. Where required by applicable law, we will ask for consent before setting non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
