The small print…

Introduction

EggROI provides various digital marketing, SEO, content, link building, digital PR, and GEO support services as described on the website. All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the campaign or order.

EggROI services may include, but are not limited to:

Obtaining backlinks, brand mentions, citations, and placements from third-party websites, blogs, publishers, media networks, and directories
Creating written content, visual documents, press release content, and supporting campaign materials
Providing guest post, digital PR, PR distribution, diversity link, link building, SEO, and GEO support services
Creating placement reports, submission reports, and campaign summaries

Clients must acknowledge the following with respect to the services:

All fees are non-refundable once an order, campaign, outreach process, content creation, submission, or placement process has started.
Changes to completed orders or projects within orders, such as amendments to anchor text, target URLs, brand names, topics, content requirements, or other order details, may incur an admin fee, subject to the discretion of the EggROI Support team.
Other changes to completed projects may incur additional charges.
All fees, services, documents, recommendations, publisher information, placement details, resources, and reports are confidential.
EggROI has no control over the policies of search engines, AI platforms, publishers, blogs, websites, directories, media networks, or third-party platforms with respect to the type of sites, content, links, brand mentions, or citations that they accept now or in the future.
The Client’s website, content, link, brand mention, or press release may be excluded, removed, changed, moved, noindexed, redirected, rejected, or edited by any publisher, website, directory, search engine, AI platform, or media network at any time at their sole discretion.
EggROI has no control over website owners, publishers, editors, bloggers, journalists, or media networks removing links and content, changing URLs, editing content, deleting pages, changing their website structure, changing outbound link policies, or changing indexing settings.
Refunds and replacements will only be processed according to the refund or replacement policy of each individual service.
Under no circumstances shall EggROI be liable to you, the end user, for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of rankings, loss of traffic, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, or any claims from your business, your clients, or third-party websites.
You, the end user, assume all risks and potential damages, known or unknown, associated with using EggROI services.
EggROI reserves the right to amend anchor text, content, titles, topics, wording, target pages, and other order details where reasonably necessary to improve the chance of successful placement, editorial approval, or completion of services.
As an outsourced provider of specific SEO, content, digital PR, and link building services, EggROI does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
EggROI does not guarantee traffic increases, conversions, sales, leads, revenue, domain authority increases, domain rating increases, indexation, AI Overview visibility, ChatGPT citations, Perplexity mentions, Gemini mentions, or any specific GEO or AI search outcome.
Any form of link building, SEO campaign, digital PR campaign, guest posting, or third-party placement activity inherently carries risks, including search engine penalties, ranking fluctuations, lost links, deindexation, publisher removals, and other possible impacts on SEO performance.
EggROI does not assume liability for any impacts of link building, digital PR, guest posting, PR distribution, GEO support, content creation, or other SEO activities upon the Client’s website rankings, visibility, traffic, reputation, or business results.
EggROI is not responsible for changes made to the Client’s website by the Client, developers, agencies, vendors, platforms, or other third parties that may affect search engine rankings, traffic, indexing, conversion performance, or campaign results.

Non Disclosure

EggROI does not sign individual NDAs for every agency, reseller, or client that wishes to use our services; however, as part of the terms of our service, we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.

The Recipient, EggROI, undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party, You, for any purpose except the Purpose without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.

We will not disclose confidential information to any third party except to your company’s employees, contractors, publishers, writers, editors, fulfilment partners, professional advisers, or service providers who need to know the same for the purpose of completing the service.

Clients also agree not to disclose, resell, copy, scrape, publish, or share EggROI’s confidential information, including but not limited to publisher lists, vendor information, placement sources, pricing, reports, order details, fulfilment processes, campaign strategies, and internal resources.

Clients must not bypass EggROI by directly contacting or working with publishers, vendors, writers, editors, or fulfilment partners introduced, revealed, or made available through EggROI’s services.

Restrictions

EggROI reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites, businesses, products, services, or content in illegal, misleading, harmful, or offensive industries.

Any illegal content, products, services, scams, hateful content, objectionable content, defamatory content, content aimed at attacking any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, person, business, organisation, product, or service, cruelty towards animals, or otherwise objectionable content may be cancelled and refunded at EggROI’s discretion.

Prescription drugs, gambling, casinos, adult content, CBD, crypto, financial products, medical claims, political content, weapons, high-risk legal topics, and other restricted industries may be possible in some cases, but must be reviewed separately. These orders may be cancelled and refunded if placed through standard online order forms without prior approval.

Emails

By joining, creating an account, placing an order, or using EggROI services, you agree to receive emails from EggROI. These emails may include order notifications, system updates, placement updates, service updates, new services, offers, educational material, invoices, reports, or support messages.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or relating to EggROI services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

All Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to:

(a) determine any dispute;
(b) grant interim remedies;
(c) grant any other provisional or protective relief.

Credits

Purchased Credits

No refunds can be provided for unused purchased credits.

Unused purchased credits have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Gifted Credit

Gifted credits refer to credit added as part of promotions, discounts, compensation, or gestures of goodwill.

No refunds or cash alternatives can be provided for gifted credit.

Unused gifted credits have a 6 month expiry from the date they are added, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save credit subscription at any time.

No refunds can be provided for unused credits added via your subscription.

Unused credits will remain available in your account after your subscription is cancelled, subject to the applicable credit expiry period.

Subscribe & Save is designed to be used long-term, not only to activate a discount. While Subscribe & Save may be cancelled at any time, EggROI may monitor for short activation periods and may cancel discounted orders or restrict accounts suspected of misusing the system.

Product Subscriptions

Payment: Services can only be subscribed to using the available payment methods shown at checkout. They may not always be available for purchase using credits.

Fair Usage: We monitor usage under a fair usage policy. Abusing subscriptions, discounts, credits, promotions, or platform features may result in restrictions on your account, including loss of access to EggROI services or discounts.

Pricing: The discount shown at checkout reflects the current rate and is subject to change, particularly during promotional periods.

During promotional periods when a higher discount is available on a product, that discount may be applied to the subscription renewal price if the renewal occurs during the sale period.

Subscriptions started during a sale period may begin with the higher available discount and renew at the product’s standard subscription discount.

Managing Your Subscription: Edits to your subscription can be made via your dashboard, where available.

Cancellation & Pausing: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account, where available.

Orders Awaiting Inputs

Any orders placed that are awaiting required inputs from the Client for 30 days after the order is placed may be cancelled, and the full value may be refunded to the account credit.

Required inputs may include, but are not limited to, target URLs, anchor text, brand information, content approval, topic approval, publisher approval, campaign requirements, images, company information, or other details needed to complete the order.
